This process takes approximately 15 to 45 days.

Our cosmetics manufacturing facility operates under the GMP ASEAN COSMETIC and ISO 22716 standards, which are internationally recognized standards for cosmetics production worldwide.
Cosmetics manufacturing technology
Our cosmetics manufacturing facility has implemented air-conditioning integration systems and utilizes EKATO’s homogeneous mixing technology. This enables the production of creams, lotions, essences, serums, and highly stable emulsion products. Additionally, we have automated packaging and sealing machines capable of producing an average of 30 to 6,000 kilograms per day.

Our dietary supplement manufacturing facility has well-designed production rooms to prevent contamination, and modern production machinery capable of producing various forms of dietary supplements, including capsules, tablets, and powdered drink sachets. With both fully automated and semi-automated systems, we can produce and package up to 20,000 pieces.

Factory management system
Our facility utilizes an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for managing everything from raw material procurement to product delivery. This ERP system incorporates measures to prevent errors through the integration of software and hardware, ensuring efficiency and reliability in the manufacturing process.
Product Performance Evaluation/Certification
We have established cooperative relationships with testing institutions such as SGS, CENTRAL LAB, TISTR, and other testing agencies capable of rapidly conducting testing and certifying relevant products according to customer requirements.
